Start off with the three column block. Keep the middle column at 10% width and the two outboard columns at 45% width. The two outboard columns are using two columns within. The left and right most columns are kept at 10% width while the inner most columns (closest to the blank middle column) are set at 90% width. The 90% width inner columns are broken into two more columns. The left column is the image and the right column is a group block with paragraphs and a button.
